Q: Do you repair furniture that is out of warranty? A: Yes, $99 per hour, customer must bring in or we will use our delivery rate schedule, once to pick up and once to return.

Q: What is your cancellation, exchange, refund, and return policy? A: As is, closeout, floor model, outlet, and special order sales are final with no cancellations, exchanges, returns, or refunds. A restocking fee of 25% applies to any approved refund.
Q: What are your shipping methods? A: Items will ship on our company trucks. You are welcome to pick up any purchase at our 101 Conner Road Oxford, PA location.
